Terms of Service

1.1. This document is a public offer by Aziya Global Limited to any person to use the IELTS Test platform and to purchase online educational services on the terms set out below.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer occurs when you register an account, start using the Platform, or pay for any service. By doing so you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1.3. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform or purchase services.
1.4. The Platform is available at the website where this document is published; its international versions are en.ielts-test.online, in.ielts-test.online and cn.ielts-test.online.

2.1. The operator and seller of the services is Aziya Global Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, Business Registration No. 81186235, address: Unit B6, 12th Floor, No. 888 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.

2.3. References to "we", "us", "our" and "Company" mean Aziya Global Limited. References to "you" and "user" mean the person using the Platform or purchasing services.

3.1. We provide access to "IELTS Test", an online IELTS preparation platform, including full IELTS mock exams, online courses with smart presentations, practice tasks and flashcards, and guides.
3.2. Services are provided remotely via the Platform. Access is granted through your personal account after registration and, for paid services, after payment.
3.3. The description, content, period of access and price of each service are shown on the relevant pages of the Platform at the time of purchase and form part of this offer.

4.1. To use the Platform you need to create an account. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your e-mail address. We do not use passwords.
4.2. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your e-mail account secure. You must not share your account or give access to third parties.
4.3. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if required by applicable law.
4.4. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, infringe intellectual property rights, or misuse the Platform.

5.1. The Platform offers full IELTS mock exams covering Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking, as well as courses, practice tasks, flashcards and guides.
5.2. Listening and Reading sections of mock exams are checked automatically.
5.3. Writing and Speaking sections are assessed by an AI examiner against the public IELTS band descriptors. Results of mock exams, including AI-assessed Writing and Speaking scores, are estimates for preparation purposes only and are not official IELTS results.
5.4. We may update, improve or change the content and structure of courses and mock exams, provided the overall scope of paid services is not reduced.

6.1. Prices are shown on the Platform in US dollars. The price applicable is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
6.2. Examples of services include a single mock exam and a monthly "Learning" subscription. The "Learning" subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access remains until the end of the paid period.
6.3. Payments are processed by the payment service lava.top. We do not store card data. Your payment obligation is fulfilled when the payment is confirmed by the payment service.
6.4. We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not affect services already paid for.

7.1. You may withdraw from the contract for a paid service at any time.
7.2. If you withdraw before access to the paid service has been provided, the full amount is refunded.
7.3. If you withdraw after access has been provided, the refund is proportional: the price of the part of the service that was opened or completed by the date we receive your request is deducted.
7.4. Send your request from the e-mail address of your account to viktor.pavliukov@aziyaglobal.com, stating your name, the service and the date of payment. The refund is made by the same method as the payment within 10 days of receiving the request.

8.1. All content on the Platform, including texts, presentations, tasks, flashcards, guides, audio and video materials, design elements and software, is owned by us or used by us on a lawful basis and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning. You must not copy, record, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties or make any commercial use of the content without our prior written consent.
8.3. You retain rights to content you submit, such as Writing texts and Speaking recordings. By submitting such content you grant us the right to store and process it solely to provide the services, including assessment and feedback.

9.1. Any registered user may participate in the partner programme and receive a personal referral link in their account.
9.2. A person who registers on the Platform via your link is linked to you as a partner referral. The share of each payment made by such referred users is credited to you.
9.3. The standard partner share is 25% of the amount paid through the Platform's payment service, unless an individual rate has been agreed with you. Your current rate is shown in your account. No share is credited for services provided free of charge or without payment through the Platform's payment service.
9.4. The credited amount is displayed in your account. You may request a payout of the available amount.
9.5. Payouts are made on request under a separate agreement with the Company after verification of your identity and tax status. The Company may reject a request that does not meet these conditions; in that case the amount remains available for a future request.

10.1. We process the following categories of data: e-mail address, name, optional phone number, payment records received from the payment processor, learning progress, mock-exam answers, Writing texts and Speaking voice recordings, and technical data such as IP address, device information and cookies.
10.2. Writing texts and Speaking voice recordings are stored privately and used only to assess you. Speaking recordings are transcribed and Writing and Speaking answers are sent to AI service providers for scoring.
10.3. Hosting: data is hosted on servers in Austria (EU). The Chinese version of the Platform (cn.ielts-test.online) is hosted in Hong Kong.
10.4. Analytics cookies and similar technologies are used only with your consent obtained via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
10.5. We retain your data while your account exists, and delete it within 30 days after account deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Speaking recordings may be deleted earlier.

11.1. We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill and will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available.
11.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including failures of internet providers, payment services, your equipment or connectivity, or force majeure events.
11.3. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
11.4. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12.1. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the services are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
12.2. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
12.3. Please contact us first at viktor.pavliukov@aziyaglobal.com to try to resolve any dispute informally. If the dispute is not resolved, it may be referred to the competent courts.

13.1. We may amend these Terms from time to time by publishing a new version on the Platform. The new version takes effect from the date of publication.
13.2. Changes do not apply to services already paid for at the time of publication.
13.3. The current version of these Terms is always available on the website where this document is published.
