Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

1.1. This consent is given to Aziya Global Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, Business Registration No. 81186235, address: Unit B6, 12th Floor, No. 888 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (the "Company", "we", "us").
1.2. The Company operates the "IELTS Test" online IELTS preparation platform (the "Platform") at the website where this document is published (international versions: en.ielts-test.online, in.ielts-test.online, cn.ielts-test.online).
1.3. By ticking the consent box and/or submitting a form, registering an account, or using the Platform, you freely give your specific, informed and voluntary consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.

2.1. We process the following categories of personal data that you provide or that are generated when you use the Platform:
- e-mail address (used for sign-in with a one-time code sent by e-mail; we do not use passwords), and your name;
- optional phone number, if you provide it;
- payment records received from the payment service provider (we do not store card data; payments are processed by lava.top);
- learning progress, mock-exam answers, Writing texts and Speaking voice recordings;
- technical data, including IP address, device information and cookies.
2.2. Writing texts and Speaking voice recordings are stored privately and used only to assess you as a candidate.
2.3. You confirm that the data you provide is accurate.

3.1. We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to create and manage your account and provide access to the Platform, including full IELTS mock exams (Listening and Reading are auto-checked; Writing and Speaking are assessed by an AI examiner against the public IELTS band descriptors; results are estimates, not official IELTS results), online courses with smart presentations, practice tasks and flashcards, and guides;
- to administer mock exams and courses, save your progress and provide results and feedback;
- to process payments and keep records of transactions;
- to communicate with you, respond to requests and provide technical support;
- to operate, secure and improve the Platform;
- to carry out analytics and measurement only where you have given consent via the cookie banner.
3.2. We do not use your Writing texts or Speaking recordings for any purpose other than assessment and provision of the Platform services to you.

4.1. To assess Writing and Speaking, your Writing texts and Speaking answers are sent to AI service providers for scoring against the public IELTS band descriptors.
4.2. Speaking voice recordings are transcribed, and the transcription together with the Writing texts is processed by those AI providers to generate an estimated band score and feedback.
4.3. The AI assessment is automated and provides an estimate only; it is not an official IELTS result.

5.1. We share personal data only as needed for the purposes in section 3:
- with the payment service lava.top to process payments;
- with AI service providers to score Writing and Speaking as described in section 4;
- with hosting and technical service providers to operate the Platform.
5.2. Hosting: the Platform is hosted on servers in Austria (EU); the Chinese version (cn.ielts-test.online) is hosted in Hong Kong. Your data may therefore be stored and processed in those locations.
5.3. We do not sell your personal data. Analytics cookies and similar technologies are used only with your consent given through the cookie banner, which you can withdraw at any time.

6.1. We keep your personal data while your account exists and for as long as needed to provide the Platform services.
6.2. When your account is deleted or consent is withdrawn, we delete your personal data within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6.3. Speaking voice recordings may be deleted earlier than the period in clause 6.2.

7.1. You may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to viktor.pavliukov@aziyaglobal.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
7.2. After we receive your withdrawal request, we will stop processing based on consent and delete your data in accordance with section 6, except where we are required by law to keep certain data.
7.3. Withdrawing consent may mean you can no longer use your Platform account and services that require personal data.
7.4. You also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority, subject to applicable law.

8.1. This consent and the processing of personal data are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Your rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence are not limited.
8.2. IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. The Platform is an independent project and its mock exams are not the official IELTS test.
